This heavy horse 50g stable rug with fleece collar is designed for heavier types, offering deeper sides and generous chest and shoulder cuts. It is ideal for warmer months or as part of a layering system in cold weather, making it a versatile choice.

The rug features a soft nylon lining that helps prevent rubbing and keeps the coat smooth. The outer fabric is soft polycotton. It includes double adjustable surcingle straps with rubber washers to help prevent unfastening and a tail flap. A fillet string is fitted to help keep the rug in place.

At the chest, there are double adjustable chest straps with D rings and quick release clips, making the rug quick and easy to put on once adjusted. Additional security is provided by Velcro.

This stable rug features very generous shoulder gussets, allowing easier movement when getting up and down, which reduces the risk of rubbing. The fleece collar adds a smart appearance.

The rug is machine washable and comes packed in a zipped bag with handles for easy storage.
